Ms. Domini Kelly, CPA (Inactive) previously she served as the acting Chief Financial Officer at OxoN Medica, and the Accounting Manager at Bay Hills Capital Management. As an independent consultant, Ms. Kelly has provided accounting services and finance support to various venture capital and private equity firms as well as venture-backed startups. She has worked with a range of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech and high tech areas as well as service based companies. Responsibilities included budgeting and forecasting, general and tax accounting functions and investor support and reporting.

Ms. Kelly completed her C.P.A. at Arthur Andersen LLC and provided accounting services to a variety of clients for Arthur Andersen LLC and David Powell, Inc. before setting out on her own. She has 10 years experience working for venture capital companies and angel/venture backed startups. Ms. Kelly holds a BS degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
