Vince Monteparte is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur, having been a founder and investor in software and technology companies over the past 23 years. Vince is currently a Venture Partner with Sway Ventures. Most recently, he was the co-founder of Miro Technologies and served as its President / CEO until it was acquired by the Boeing Company. At Miro Technologies he was responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of the operational performance from its headquarters in La Jolla, California and offices in United Kingdom and Middle East.

Previously, Vince was with Spirent Communications after his company, AvTech Solutions, was merged with its Information Systems Sector. Vince has managed various strategy, technology and go-to-market teams including business operations, customer service licensing, client implementations and software engineering. He brings broad knowledge across all facets of growing a business from start up into a mature organization.

Vince has been an active investor in early to mid-stage companies, with Solis Capital Partners in Newport Beach and Sway Ventures in La Jolla / San Francisco, CA.

Vince holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in aeronautical engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
