Maggey Hoffmann is the Senior Director of Marketing at Nex Cubed, a pre-seed venture accelerator and startup studio. In her role at Nex Cubed, Maggey’s efforts are driven by and focused on supporting the growth and expansion of Nex Cubed, the HBCU Founders Initiative, the HBCU Founders Fund, and assisting Nex Cubed portfolio companies with their marketing and sales initiatives.

Prior to joining Nex Cubed, Maggey founded MaFe, LLC to provide Marketing and Operations to a wide range of companies, from early-stage startups to enterprise-level organizations. Maggey has also held positions as the Associate Executive Director for CyberTECH, West Coast Relations Manager for The Cybersecurity Forum Initiative, and Marketing Manager for Norman Shark (acquired by Blue Coat Systems).

Maggey received a Political Science and Business degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. After living in Valencia, Spain, Washington DC, and San Diego, Maggey moved back near her hometown in the Dallas area with her husband, two daughters, their dog, and two cats. Maggey is actively involved in her church’s children’s ministry. local book club, and enjoys working out and spending time with family and friends.
